Prestige Social Care Training operates a rigorous quality management system and continuously strives to improve the training,  support and quality of service it provides to all learners and clients through constant evaluation and feedback. We work with our colleagues and delegates to promote the highest quality and standards of provision across its portfolio; developing systems  and measurable criteria for continuous development.

All delegates are required to complete an evaluation form at the end of each training session. We review every evaluation form rigorously, compile and monitor the feedback and follow up any concerns or suggestions raised.
